Defendant/Third Party Plaintiff/Appellant, Sharon Coard, appeals the judgment of the trial court that granted the exception of no cause of action filed by Defendant in Cross-Claim, Tony Joseph. We find that Ms. Coard's petition states facts upon which she may be able to recover under a theory of detrimental reliance/estoppel. Therefore, we reverse the judgment and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
