Appellant, Bridgette Johnson, appeals the judgment rendered by the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) awarding her temporary total disability benefits, penalties, and attorney fees, but denying her demand for additional penalties and attorney fees for failure to pay indemnity benefits of $20.86 for the first day she was eligible to receive them, and for denying her request for a CT scan procedure.
