BLT Now, LLC ("BLT"), the seller, appeals the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of Appellee, Sewnarainsing Jankipersadsing (Dr. Sing), the buyer. We reverse, holding that a genuine issue of material fact exists, precluding the trial court's entry of summary judgment in Dr. Sing's favor.
