Hilcorp Energy Company ("Hilcorp") filed this declaratoryjudgment action against Alliance Oilfield Services, LLC ("Alliance").1 Hilcorp and Alliance both move for summary judgment.2 For the following reasons, the Court GRANTS Alliance's motion and DENIES Hilcorp's motion.
