Plaintiff Davon Lymon appeals from three district court orders: one denying class certification; another dismissing his belatedly asserted claim against defendant Wexford Corporation under the statute of limitations; and a third dismissing his claims against the other defendants-appellees for failure to state a claim under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6).
