Defendant Freddie Prado and co-defendant Johnny Villalobos were charged with the murder of Juan Valadez. At trial, witnesses testified that Prado and several of his companions attacked Anthony Sanchez during a party. Valadez tried to help Sanchez and was attacked by Prado, Villalobos and others.
