Defendant and appellant, Akil Robbins, appeals the judgment entered following his conviction, by jury trial, for first degree murder and felony evasion of a peace officer, with gang and firearm use enhancements (Pen. Code, §§ 187, 186.22, subd. (b), 12022.53; Veh. Code, § 2800.2).1 He was sentenced to state prison for a term of 50 years to life.
