Defendant and appellant, Steven Cisneros, appeals the judgment entered following his conviction, by jury trial, for first degree murder with special circumstances (murder in the commission of sodomy and attempted rape). (Pen. Code, §§ 187, 190.2, subd. (a)(17).) He was sentenced to state prison for a term of life without possibility of parole.

The judgment is affirmed.
