Defendant and appellant, Josue Vanegas, appeals the judgment entered following his conviction, by jury trial, for first degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon, with firearm and gang enhancements (Pen. Code, §§ 187, 245, 186.22, 12022.53).1 Vanegas was sentenced to state prison for a term of 63 years to life.

The judgment is affirmed.
