INTRODUCTION
A jury convicted defendant and appellant Eddie Sorto of, among other things, two counts of murder. Defendant, who was 15 years old at the time of the murders, gave recorded statements to detectives in which he confessed to the murders. On appeal, he contends that his waiver of his rights under Miranda v. Arizona (1966)
