Ignatius Chuka Ogba ("Chuck") started a durable medical equipment ("DME") supply corporation for Medicare patients, and his brother, Ifeanyi Ogba ("Iffy") helped him run the business. They hired recruiters to find potential recipients of wheelchairs and paid doctors, including Dr. Patrick Antoon, to refer wheelchair recipients to their corporation. Antoon also charged Medicare for his visits with potential wheelchair recipients...
