Stanislaw Filipek ("Plaintiff") filed this Section 1983 action against Chicago Police Officers Rachel Krass, Cesar Claudio, Sean Tully, Joseph Walsh, Brian Gunnell, Tim Shanahan, and Dale Potter ("Arresting Officers"); an unknown Chicago police officer ("Unknown Officer"); Officer Rose Wach ("Officer Wach"); and the City of Chicago (the "City") (collectively, "Defendants")
