Inmate Kamal K. Patel brought this lawsuit against the United States Bureau of Prisons ("BOP") and certain prison officials ("Bureau Defendants") at the Federal Correctional Institution in Forrest City, Arkansas ("FCI-Forrest City"). He sought injunctive relief and monetary damages on the grounds that they vitiated his right to practice his religion by failing to provide him with appropriate meals in compliance with his religious beliefs....
