Plaintiff Cordelia Yocham filed this action against Defendant Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation ("Novartis"), alleging that she was injured as a result of ingesting Lamisil, a product manufactured by Defendant. Plaintiff, a Texas resident, filed this lawsuit in New Jersey, where Defendant's corporate offices are located and where the product at the heart of her claims was tested and marketed. Presently
