This matter comes before the Court on the motion of plaintiff Gina B. Krol (the "Trustee") for judgment on stipulated facts against defendant Robert A. Novelle, Sr. ("Novelle") on the amended complaint filed by the Trustee which seeks turnover of estate assets under 11 U.S.C. § 542 and § 543.
