TAYLOR, Judge.

Ricky R. Jones brings this appeal from March 10, 2006, and August 8, 2006, orders of the Henry Circuit Court, Family Court Division (family court) adjudicating property and maintenance issues in a dissolution of marriage proceeding. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.
