This adversary proceeding is before the court for judgment after trial. The plaintiff, WISH Acquisition ("Acquisition") asserts that defendant Christopher Salvino owes it debts that are nondischargeable in his Chapter 7 bankruptcy case pursuant to § 523(a)(2) and (6) of the Bankruptcy Code (Title II, U.S.C.). These provisions except from discharge debts that arose from false representations...
