COCHRAN, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which PRICE, WOMACK, JOHNSON and HOLCOMB, JJ., joined.

Appellant was charged with DWI. He filed a motion to suppress evidence. The trial judge conducted a live hearing on appellant's motion during which he viewed portions of the arresting officer's patrol-car videotape.
