Kelvin R. Lyons and Michael C. Elma pled guilty to possession with intent to distribute less than fifty kilograms of marijuana. See 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1). The district court1 sentenced Lyons and Elma to eighteen and twenty-seven months imprisonment, respectively.
