Appellant Crystal Ryder and Ronald Froud were involved in an automobile accident in Washington County on March 7, 2005.1 Ryder later filed a complaint against Froud and alleged that Froud had operated his automobile in a negligent manner, which caused the accident and resulted in property damage and personal injury to Ryder.
