Appellants Mohammad and Sadia Riazuddin (Debtors) and the Chapter 7 Trustee Susan Manchester (Trustee) appeal the bankruptcy court's order denying their motions to reopen the Debtors' Chapter 7 bankruptcy case.1 The bankruptcy court denied the motions to reopen because it found the Debtors and the Trustee were judicially estopped from pursuing an un scheduled personal injury claim against Schindler Elevator Corporation...
