¶ 1. This appeal arises out of the Philadelphia Public School District's decision not to renew Bobbie Hodgins's employment contract. After Hodgins unsuccessfully challenged the nonrenewal before the Philadelphia School Board, she appealed to the Neshoba County Chancery Court, which affirmed the nonrenewal.
