Appellant, Andre Watley, was convicted under D.C.Code § 48-904.01(a)(1) (2001) for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Appellant's subsequent motion to vacate his conviction pursuant to D.C.Code § 23-110 (2001) on the basis of ineffective assistance of trial counsel was denied.
