Galen W. Gay pled guilty to a one-count indictment charging him with receipt of child pornography. See 18 U.S.C. § 2252A(a)(2)(A) and (b)(1). The district court sentenced him to 121 months imprisonment followed by lifetime supervised release, a $500 fine, and a $100 special assessment. On appeal, Mr. Gay's counsel filed an Anders brief and moved to withdraw...
