Isaiah Jordan ("Plaintiff") filed suit against his niece's husband, Tommy Mosley ("Deputy Mosley"), who is the chief jailer for Screven County and an officer in the Sheriff's Department. Plaintiff alleged—among other things—violations of the Fourth Amendment and of state laws prohibiting false arrest and malicious prosecution. Deputy Mosley moved for summary judgment on all claims, arguing in part that he was entitled to qualified...
