Eight former employees of the Vail Clinic, Inc., a hospital in Vail, Colorado, appeal the district court's grant of summary judgment to the Clinic on their Title VII claims. See Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. ("Title VII" or the "Act").
