Roy Kirby applied for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income under the Social Security Act. 42 U.S.C. §§ 423, 1382. An administrative law judge ("ALJ") of the Social Security Administration denied his application, concluding that he does not suffer from a severe impairment. The district court reversed and remanded for entry of an award of benefits, and the Commissioner of Social Security now appeals. We reverse...
