Bobby Demetrius Harris was indicted for aggravated assault (Miss.Code Ann. § 97-3-7(2) (Rev.2006)) against Keith Grant and aggravated domestic violence (Miss.Code Ann. § 97-3-7(4) (Rev.2006)) against his stepson, Jermaine Davis.
