e360 Insight, LLC, and David Linhardt (collectively, "e360") brought this action in the Cook County Circuit Court, alleging various tort claims against The Spamhaus Project ("Spamhaus"). Spamhaus removed the case to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
