Appellants, three chambers of commerce operating as nonprofit corporations in Minnesota, appeal the dismissal of their suit challenging certain provisions of the Minnesota Fair Campaign Practices Act that regulate corporate contributions to candidates for political office. Appellants seek a declaration that Minnesota Statutes §§ 211B.01, subd. 3, and 211B.15, subds. 1(2), 2 (2004) (collectively, "the Minnesota Statutes"), are unconstitutional...
