On May 31, 2000, the City of Schenectady Police Department utilized a confidential informant (hereinafter CI) to conduct two separate controlled buys of crack cocaine from defendant. A third such buy occurred three days later, on June 3, 2000. As a result of these incidents, defendant was indicted on January 8, 2001 and charged with three counts each of criminal sale of controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance...
