¶ 1 Appellant David Contreras appeals from the trial court's grant of appellee Walgreens Drug Store's motion for summary judgment. Contreras filed a negligence action to recover damages for injuries he had sustained when he fell on Walgreens' premises, slipping on a liquid spilled on the floor.
