HERVEY, J., delivered the opinion for a unanimous Court.

Appellant and several other people were involved in a robbery during which the victim was shot once in the face and killed. A jury convicted appellant of capital murder as a result of this event. The trial court sentenced appellant to death pursuant to the jury's answers to the special issues submitted at the punishment phase of trial.
