Willie Simpson contends that, after he wrote a letter (and filed a suit) complaining about abuse by the staff of the prison where he is confined, the targets of his accusations retaliated by issuing bogus conduct reports and arranging for him to be disciplined: Simpson spent 300 days in segregation and lost 25 days' recreation privileges. Penalizing a prisoner's exercise of the constitutional right...
