As this case comes to us, two important issues remain.

First: The parties agreed that petitioners would bill the Griffin respondents monthly for their share of litigation expenses, the Griffins would pay each bill within thirty days of billing, and they would share in any recovery. Petitioners failed to bill monthly, but later presented a bill for twenty months of accumulated expenses; the Griffin respondents refused to pay in full within thirty...
