This appeal is taken from a final summary judgment entered in favor of Whataburger, Inc. against BurgerWorks, Inc., Carmel Davis, and Denise Sumrall (collectively "BurgerWorks") and against Barrand, Inc., John R. Brown, and Barbara Brown (collectively "Barrand"). On appeal, BurgerWorks and Barrand contend that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of Whataburger.
