After they were found not guilty on charges of retail theft, plaintiffs William (William) and Elizabeth (Elizabeth) Reynolds (collectively, plaintiffs) brought this action against defendant Menard, Inc., alleging that defendant was liable for false imprisonment and malicious prosecution.
