Plaintiff Gordon Gredell appeals from an order of the circuit court dismissing his class action consumer fraud suit against defendants Wyeth Industries, Inc., and American Home Products Company. Plaintiff's suit alleges that defendants fraudulently marketed and sold five prescription drug products, known as the Phenergan Expectorants, as cough and cold remedies which would provide expectoration and anesthetic relief...
