I. INTRODUCTION

The superior court adjudicated Peter A.'s two children to be children in need of aid (CINA) under AS 47.10.011(6), (9), and (10) after his wife developed an alcohol abuse problem. Peter appeals the adjudication order. He argues that the superior court erred by adjudicating the children to be in need of aid based solely on his wife's conduct, despite his ability and willingness to care...
