Booker, 543 U.S. 220, 125 S.Ct. 738, 160 L.Ed.2d 621 (2005), the district court held that Defendant-Appellant William Sanders was subject to the sentencing provisions of the Armed Career Criminal Act (the "ACCA"), 18 U.S.C. § 924(e), and sentenced him to a term of imprisonment of 180 months...
