The matter before the Court is a Motion to Dismiss filed by defendant, J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee ("J.P. Morgan"), along with joinders to the same filed by defendants Carnegie Financial Group, Inc. ("Carnegie Financial") and Paragon Home Lending ("Paragon").
