MINTON, Judge.

This opinion concerns an appeal and cross-appeal from a circuit court action to enforce an order of the McCracken County Deputy Sheriff Merit Board ("the Board"), which called for Stephen L. Cherry to be reinstated as deputy sheriff with full back pay retroactive to his termination date. The circuit court's final judgment and order mandated Cherry's reinstatement under the Board's order and awarded him $7,710.79 in back pay...
