This appeal and cross-appeal arise from a diversity action brought under Colorado state law by the owners of 36 Colorado homes ("Homeowners") against Defendants Chiles Power Supply, Inc. d/b/a Heatway Radiant Floors and Snowmelting ("Heatway") and Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company ("Goodyear").
