Defendant appeals as of right his jury convictions of possession with intent to deliver 650 grams or more of cocaine, MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(i);1 possession with intent to deliver less than 50 grams of heroin, MCL 333.7401(2)(a)(iv); and possession with intent to deliver marijuana, MCL 333.7401(2)(d)(iii). He was sentenced to three months' imprisonment, with credit for 90 days served, on the marijuana conviction...
