FLAUM, Chief Judge.

Defendant-appellant James Farr was convicted of bank fraud and related offenses, for which the district court sentenced him to twenty-seven months of incarceration and five years of supervised release. After Farr served his prison term and was released, the district court ordered him to pay $208,169.44 in restitution as a condition of his supervised release. Upon Farr's appeal, and for the reasons stated herein, we vacate the district court's order...
