Linda Kay Crumpley-Patterson (Patterson) appeals the district court's1 order granting Trinity Lutheran Hospital's2 (Trinity) motion under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) to dismiss her 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint. We affirm.
