UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Juan SALINAS, Defendant-Appellant.

United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit.

Decided April 26, 2004.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Stephen Ehlke (argued), Robert A. Anderson, Office of U.S. Attorney, Madison, WI, for Plaintiff-Appellee.

Daniel W. Hildebrand (argued), Dewitt, Ross & Stevens, Madison, WI, for Defendant-Appellant.

Before ROVNER, DIANE P. WOOD, and EVANS, Circuit Judges.
