This appeal arises from the entry of a default judgment against Defendant Sean Combs awarding Plaintiff Cedrick Bobby Lemon $450,000 in compensatory damages and $2,000,000 in punitive damages for personal injuries inflicted by bodyguards allegedly employed, supervised and managed by Combs.
