¶ 1 California Casualty Insurance Company ("CCI") appeals the trial court's summary judgment in favor of American Family Mutual Insurance Company ("American"), in this equitable contribution action brought by CCI after it paid to settle a claim by a postal carrier bitten by American's insured's dog.
