COCHRAN, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, joined by KELLER, P.J., MEYERS, PRICE, WOMACK, and HOLCOMB, JJ.

Appellant was charged with intentionally or knowingly causing injury to a child, three-year-old Christopher, by burning his hand with a lit cigarette.
